DISPATCH AND DELIVERY UPDATE
ORDERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS
Hey folks, Hismith is still running.
We've taken lots of precautionary measures to ensure that we're following government guidelines to keep our warehouse staff working in a safe environment. This includes:
- Reducing the number of our people on a shift at any time;
- Adhering to the 2 metres distancing rule at all times while staff are picking and packing your orders, and also staying 2 metres apart when taking breaks;
- There's a break between shifts clocking off and clocking on while we clean down all the surfaces;
- We've also turned over some office space into warehouse space to help staff spread out.
The safety of our staff is of paramount importance and it's possible that the above measures may have an impact on when your order is delivered.
We ask for your patience and understanding if it's a little later than you would usually expect.

Shipping & Delivery
In order to express gratitude to our faithful customers’ support, we will give a free delivery for orders from the UK, EU and US at the moment. Regarding orders from other countries and areas, you can see the shipping cost in the checkout page after you select your country.
All orders will be packaged in a normal, discreet brown box without any sensitive contents.
We have warehouses in the UK, the United States and the Czech public, so there is no customs duty if you are in the European Union, the UK or the United States. For orders from countries and regions outside UK, EU and US, we will not be responsible for customs duties.
Order will be despatched 1-2 working days after we receive your payment. In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods (Free Shipping7-10 Business Days & Expedited Shipping 4-7 Business Days) you select. Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 1 working days. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and deliverable. The time we spend to confirm and correct your address will not be calculated into the time frame.
We do not support tracking orders directly on our website. Please email email@example.com with the email you used to place your order to track the tracking number. We will reply to you within a working day.
Once an order has been submitted to the warehouse it cannot be cancelled. In this case cancelled orders will be refunded for the cost of the goods minus shipping cost to redirect the package back to the warehouse.
